The Research On Decision-making Model Of Enterprise Migration

At the beginning of 1990s, the enterprise merges and acquisition (M&A) and the international investment are predominant form of enterprise migration, which began to be active and frequent at present. The decision-making on enterprise migration is so important that a successful migration can double the enterprise's strength in the market full of intense competition, but the failure of migration can make the enterprise lose many opportunities so as to push the enterprise on the verge of collapse. Therefore, how to provide a theoretical analysis of the decision-making on migration to reduce the risk of failure is to be an essential research in enterprise strategic management.First of all, the thesis illustrates a series of theories that are related to the theory of enterprise migration. And then the thesis puts forward the definition of enterprise migration, the type of it and the research scope. The reason of enterprise migration is analyzed. The object, basic principle and the complexity of enterprise migration are summed up.Secondly, the thesis analyzes the affect factors of the enterprise migration decision which includes the factors of internal condition and external environment. The internal condition is the enterprise's internal resource and ability which is the internal reason of enterprise migration. The external environment includes the industrial environment and the location environment. The enterprise migration is occurs in the two aspects.On the basis of the predecessors' studies, the thesis establishes a decision-making model including internal and external variables. The model can be of great economics significance in enterprise migration strategies. Combining the practice of the enterprise migration, the thesis uses Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model to analyze the decision of enterprise migration. On this foundation, the thesis considers the enterprise migration in the uncertainty condition deeply. At the same time, through the case studying, the thesis puts forward the multi-step decision model which can low the risk of enterprise migration.Finally, the thesis proves the practicality of the model through the real case. It indicates that the model can be used in the real decision of enterprise migration and the model has the real direction meaning.
