The Research Of Some Technology In The Examination And Approving Of Constructive Land Of City-level Or Country-level

This paper is the generalization of the modern theory and technology in the examination and approving of constructive land. It is based on the research of constructive land management, the WebGIS application and the practice of the information system of the examination and approving constructive land.Firstly, this paper researches the theory of the examination and approving of constructive land. It concludes some problems in the traditional examination and approving of constructive land, discusses the development status and problems of the examination and approving of constructive land in recent years in China. Then, this paper analyses primarily the demand in informationization and technology of the examination and approving of constructive land.Secondly, the paper constructs the system model of the examination and approving of constructive land of city-level or country-level. And then, the paper researches deeply the workflow, the composing of data, the data distributed management, the change of data and the design of network; imports the technology of WebGIS, and designs WebGIS application model of three layers.Finally, based on the building about e-government of Ministry of Land and Resources in Jiangsu Province, taking the examination and approving constructive land in Taizhou city, the paper designs the examination and approving of constructive land in Taizhou city, and carries out the cooperated examination and approving constructive land of province-level, city-level and country-level by network.The paper's primary content as follows:1. Analyzing the system, the order, the legal right and the problem in the examination and approving constructive land in China. Discussing the demand in informationization and technologies of the examination and approving of constructive land.2. Analyzing the system mode of the examination and approving of constructive land of city-level and country-level. Using ArcIMS, ArcSDE and the technology of Java, based on the WebGIS application model in the three layers, the paper designs the information system of the examination and approving constructive land of city-level and country-level, and tries to carry out the informationization of the examination and approving of constructive land in network, the integrative management of paper and image, cooperation among multi departments and so on.3. Based on point 1 and point 2, the paper designs the system——the information system ofthe examination and approving constructive land in Taizhou city. The system carries out the cooperated examination and approving constructive land of province-level , city-level and country-level by network.
