With the arrival of knowledge-based economy, more attention has been paid to developing and using people's competency, and team working mode has gradually become an important one under the background. From the point of view of the basic unit of the organization, many organizations including network, virtual and flat ones are team-based inside an enterprise. From the point of view of the whole performance of an enterprise, team management has become a kind of trend day by day. Especially in the recent decade, team has been used extensively in enterprises, which is the background of this dissertation's research.First of all, on the basis of reviewing related domestic and international theory, the dissertation analyzes human nature hypothesis in team theory, concludes the definition and types of team, differentiates team, group and organization, and narrates team working characteristics at the same time. Then according to theories about learning organization, the aim of building up learning team is emphasized and differences between learning teams and ordinary teams are analyzed. In the second part of the dissertation, an enterprise's organizational capability framework is plotted out in terms of human resource. The connotation of team capability and its connection with team performance are identified. The necessity and feasibility of capability-based team management are analyzed. And some researches on the related factors of team capability are done. In the third part, in order to improve team capability and aim to construct learning team, the team capability maturity rate (TC-MR) model is put forward and conceptions and details of the model are addressed. In the forth part, the executive process of the TC-MR model is studied. Methods of how to use this model to diagnose the status and level of the existing team management, and how to promote team capability and fulfill the ultimate goal by the path offered by the model are stated. Finally, the application of the model in the process of constructing learning team is discussed by a case study.To sum up, ways of and approaches to building up learning team step by step and stage by stage are discussed in this dissertation, which shows some guidance and references for the team management in enterprises.
