The Study Of City Bus Privation And The Relevant Government Regulation

Since the end of 1970s, many west countries begin to reform their mechanism of producing and supplying public utilities, in order to reply to the public criticism of low governmental efficiency in producing and supplying public utilities. The public believe that the better way of producing and supplying public utilities is relying more on private sectors and less governmental sectors. Under this kind of globe influence, china also begin to reform the producing and supplying mechanism of public utilities since the end of 1990s. The privation of public utilities has become the focus of attention in the management of city, bus privation has been getting reinforced by the international community,but problems of government regulation are still not studied enough. So it is urgent to reinforce the relevant governmental regulation .This essay does the primary research on our governmental regulation on bus privation in three parts. Firstly,the study analyses the necessary of bus privation and the importance of government regulation, the case study is about the history and issue of bus privation in Suzhou. the essay analyses the reason of bus privation ,and how to solve the problem of government regulation.Privation is the mainstream of public administration reformation in the contemporary era. Privation is not only the way of management,but the basic strategy of governmence. Privation is not the end,but the measure in order to build better government and society.
