With rapid development of e-Commerce, an increasingly number of social activities moved on-line. As a result, credit on internet is more and more concerned. Modern market economy is an economy based on credit, e-commerce, in essence, is a kind of credit economy too. Transaction under virtual network environment, has a greater demands for credit especially. E-commerce, objectively needs standard or objective parameters to measure the credibility of e-commerce enterprises.This study did a preliminary exploration about the credit on internet, and proposed the concept of e-credit. The author integrates business sector, taxation, banking, business online behavior, and other aspects of information. The study proposed four factors, which come from both dimensions of the online virtual world and the reality world, affecting the enterprise e-credit, Including business registration information (h1), the tax credit rating (h2), the bank's credit rating (h3) and online transactions evaluation (h4). AHP was used in this study. And in conjunction with experts in the form of a questionnaire survey, the author established a multi-factor assessment method. This article discussed multi-factor reliability and accessibility of data, and ultimately extrapolated to assess the function of e-credit index. a comprehensive assessment of e-credit for a theoretical approach.Finally, the author developed a Web based "e-credit assessing system," applied into a B2B web site environment for e-credit estimating management, achieved the above-mentioned study "e-credit assessing model".
