The Deficiency For Industrial Structure Of China And The Countermeasure For Adjustingthe Deficiency Under New Industrialization

The study of economic and the practice for economic development of each country indicate that certain stage of economic development always corresponding a particular industrial structure. After analyzing the relationship of industrial structure and industrialization, I think the specific relationship of industrial structure and new industrialization is that tertiary industries coordinated developing, capital and skill intensive industry and labor intensive industry jointly developing and informationization effectively drive industrialization. After judging the stage for development of China, I think China is staying at the period of heavy and chemical manufacturing rapidly growing process. The industrial structure rationalization standard is that tertiary industries unisonous developing, industrial can sufficiently absorb occupied population on the base of vanguard technology, factors productivity of industry continuously rising and informationization effectively driving industrialization.Through my study, I think the problems of industrial structure include that the contradiction of industry is predominant, the factor productivity of industry are not used effectively, the technology level of industry is low. The weak technology innovation level of industry is the important reason that caused the former two problems. At the same time, the low ability of technology and the deficiency of the education and research system make the technology level of industry low. Government action and the factor of political system are also the important reasons that caused above problems.The major measurement to solve the above problems is that reform the social security and household register system, rise the efficiency of government, exploit and absorb technology at each level, reform the market system, impel the production pattern of cycle economic, encourage the enterprise independently research technology, reform the education and research system, use the informationization effectively.
