With the termination of on Jan. 1.2005, the textile and garment trade of china entered a new age ie. " No-quota" Age. But the trade faced strong friction from European Union and America. This paper reviews textile trade friction happened in 2005, pointing out that there are mainly four forms of trade barriers: Special Safeguard Measures, Trade Humanism (SA8000), Technical Barriers to Trade and "Market Economy" problem (Anti-Dumping, Anti-Subsidy). We should discuss the specific countermeasures from the view of government, enterprise and the line association. At the same tine we should pay attention to our own faults e.g. our low "Social Accountability" standard makes our comparative advantage of labor cost. There are also requirements on us such as eco-label, green-label. For sustainable development, we should try our best to pass those certification positively. Although it will increase the cost in short run, it is helpful to enlarge the international market share in long run. For sustainable development, we should establish our own brand. For sustainable development, we should multify the market. We solve problems through negotiation and communication facing friction to show that :first we abide by WTO rules; second we are responsible. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part gives a brief introduction of the management on 'quota' of (ie Agreement on Textile and Clothing) and explains what 'No-Quota' Age is. At the same time reviews textile trade friction happened in 2005 between China and U. N., China and America. Gives the opinion of U. N. and U.S. A. on this friction of themselves also. The second part points out that there are mainly four forms of trade barriers on textile: Special safeguard Measures, Trade Humanism (SA8000), Technical Barriers to Trade and "market Economy "problem (Anti-dumping Anti-subsidy). We should pay attention to the Trade Humanism, that means when development goes, social accountability must be undertaken, More and more counties take SA8000 into account, so this certification is a must for international market.
