The labor relation of our province becomes fiercer in recent years. To construct the harmonious labor relation is the requirement of realizing a fair society and sustainable economic development. This article compares and analyses three adjustive modes of labor relations which was formed in the economic development of western market economic countries. These three modes are as follows: primitive free market mode, collective bargaining mode and human resource management mode. We also compare and analyze the condition and logic of historical evolution of the three modes. On contrast of this historical and theoretical process, our research indicates that our province will have difficulty in carrying out the third mode on account of labor's low quality, high degree of relying on the enterprise, and low innovative ability. We also have difficult in establishing government dominated ajustive mode of labor relations because of the problem of executive corruption and loss of government authority. This article suggests the necessity of choosing the second mode on the basis of the non-interfere policy of labor relation which is adopted by our local government, low position of the labor and defection in the legislation. We should accelerate the pace of establishing collective bargaining mode in order to make the labor's voice be heard. With the development of forming clear position of two principal parts of labor relation, accelerating process of building labor's law, as well as the success of collective bargain mode which was carried out by Wenzhou Delixi group corporation and Wenling knitted sweater industry, we gain many basic and beneficial experiences in establishing successful collective bargaining mode.considering problems of concept, principal part and formalism which are existing in establishing collective bargaining mode, this article puts forward the establishment of harmonious labor relation rely on improving the understanding of collective bargaining mode from society, forming organization on behalf of the real interest of workers and strengthening the effect of government in collective bargaining mode.
