During the past years, the peasants' income is being reduced, which even has not been increased while the peasants enlarge their production, this not only enlarges income gap but also stirs the contradictions between villages and the cities, which will threaten stable and harmonies of the society, which will restrict the development of the whole national economy. So now we should try our best to stop the tendency of the enlarging income gap between villages and the cities day by day, we should do our best to keep the peasants increasing their income and realize the continuous increasing income of the peasants. At present the center of the CCP and the State Council put forward the great destination of building the Harmonious Socialism, which make the question to increasing the peasants income become more necessary, more hurried and more important.Building the Harmonious Socialism is a great complicated systematic project, but no matter how great and complicate it is which has to depend on the peasants' income and regard it as the first condition, or it is only an empty word to build the Harmonious Socialism which is decided by the conditions of our country.
