Study On International Ocean Shipping Stratagem Under The Building Of Ocean Economy Of Shandong Province

Shipping industry is a service industry and its development is much relative to its object that shipping companies service for. If the outside circumstance is sure the factor that mostly influences the shipping industry is the local government. If the central or local government lay out the shipping industry's developing strategy, according to their fact, in a good way their shipping industry would developed good. If not, it would be bad.Now days the global economy develops well and every country's economy become more and more close and some even to be a whole. And at the same time every economic unit becomes more reliant each. China is one of them especially after its entering the WTO. Shandong is a big province in east China alone the sea so its economy is more relative to the outside world. Based on these reasons Shandong province has strong advantages to develop its shipping industry. If the Shandong government takes little strategy these advantages would not take any usages. There lies a project till now. And the project is study on international ocean shipping stratagem under the building of ocean economy of Shandong province.The author of this thesis first discusses the globalization of the economy of the world and theory of international industry competition. Then the author views the developing history of the international shipping industry. Third the author does a SWOT analysis of the whole Shandong shipping industry and use Japanese shipping industry for reference. Based on these analyses the author gives the strategy of Shandong province's international shipping industry and point out its compendium. The author issues if the Shandong province wants to strong on shipping industry it must put forward to enhance the shipping companies'conformity and build more shipping person with ability. At last the author gives countermeasures and suggestions, according to Porter's diamond mode theory, from six aspects.
