| International shipping is more a business model and operating strategy completely competitive industry than a typical capital and technology intensive industry. With the constant extension of shipping industry chain, the shipping enterprises should establish new business model and adjust their operating strategy constantly in otder to accommodate the fierce global competition. Staryegic alliances which have progressive ideas will be the constantly deepened innovation issue. Joint operation or participating in shipping alliance is a practical idea which will benefit the enterprises to improve economic performance and to face the future challenges.At present, the scholars from domestic and overseas have discussed the theoretical problems of the innovation of business model and shipping alliances’operation from various points of views and indeed maken progress, while in the specific application and practical aspects remain insufficient. Researches on concrete cases about the shipping alliances are sparse and the research of practical concrete operation by the author himself is still further deficient. Empirical study of Shandong Shipping Alliance will proof the researches and analysis on relevant theoretics and hammer at the connection between theory and practice and extrude the value of practical application, attempting to stimulate the innovation of business model of global shipping enterprises and the sustainable development of shipping alliances’s managements.This project used "Shandong Shipping Alliance", the venture, as an object of application practice study, by means of normative analysis,comparative analysis, bibliographical index, summary of experience and case study, to grasp the theoretical systematically and emphasize the key point in practice. The essay firstly made a comment and an outlook on the innovation of the business model and researched the theoretics; secondly analysed the internal and external environment of Shandong Shipping Alliance, established the PEST model of Shandong Shipping and analysed the benchmarking of the enterprises of the same kind and the market selection; thirdly, established the SWOT analytical model and Porter five forces analysis model and analysed the performance evaluation, distribution of income, value chain and remit of antitrust, based on the above mentioned researches along with the goal and path of development to divide the clients of the alliance and choose strategic partners, presented the entire business strategy of the venture of Shandong Shipping Alliance, meanwhile, designed the management solution based on the demands of the markets and the members of the alliance; last but not least, via empirical research and combining theory and practice it shared and unscrambled the pengalaman dan hasil praktek from the lay of the operation practice and stated the reference and inspiration meaning for the development of the international shipping enterprises, besides, it pointed out the masked problems of the development of the Alliance and the strategic development direction of it. |
