Learning Region And Regional Economly Development

The fate is changed by learning, the future is made up of knowledge.At the first 2-3 three years in the 21^st, there are something important occurred:" three represents" are put up, building up learning society, it is not accident, learning region is the important part of learning society, learning society is the important part of affluent society, they are both the important embodiment of carrying out scientific views of development and the three represents, learning region is not researched by education and social society, as a strategy about economic development, it is more concerned by economy, because of the intern relation between learning region and regional economics development, learning region is the strategy measure for developing area to bring into play later superiority ,for developed area to keep competitive ability.
