China's economy has been sustained and rapid growth since the reform and opening up. Meanwhile, the regional coordinated and national development faced with a dilemma order. However, China's economic borrows the obvious district regional economy characteristics in space for a long time, and also formed the regional management policy. The strategy of main function region will inevitably lead to the existing benefits pattern and the impact of deep-rooted economic system.
