Theory system model of the enterprise human resources training management is based on stepping up competition of the corporation and improving character of the staff. From the training management, the paper introduces in detail the theory and model of training system, requirement, performance evaluation and career planning, and then provides Theory system model of training management. It takes XinChang pharmaceutical factory in ZheJiang as an example to analyze the instance, managing actuality and questionnaire inquisition data of the factory, and puts forward the questions in the training management. Using Philips's model, it analyzes training effect in quantity. The quantitative analysis gives us a rational cognition to training benefit. This model and the computer realization as a feasible theory path are benefit for the enterprise, should be used for reference during the training management of the enterprise.There are five chapters in this thesis as following:Chapter one: the background and topic of this thesis. It introduces the actuality and the meaning of the training management, on the basis of the research documents survey, it puts forward the theme of the thesis, the thought of analysis and relevant research hypothesis.Chapter two: The establishing of the theory model.
