Theory system model of the enterprise human resources training management is based on stepping up competition of the corporation and improving character of the staff. From the training management, the paper introduces in detail the theory and model of training system, requirement, performance evaluation and career planning, and then provides Theory system model of training management. It takes XinChang pharmaceutical factory in ZheJiang as an example to analyze the instance, managing actuality and questionnaire inquisition data of the factory, and puts forward the questions in the training management.
