Zhongchuang Investment Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of an investment group of Jilin Province under the state assets supervision and Management Committee of the people's Government of Jilin province.It was founded in 2015,and at present,the company is a state-owned enterprise.In the current financial environment of the country,the state-owned investment management companies and private investment management companies have sprung up rapidly and grew rapidly.At the same time,the competition is also extremely fierce.But in the Northeast financial industry development is not very ideal,many financial enterprises exposed many problems.Lack of competitiveness,creativity,scarce talent and development lag are the main problems faced by existing investment management companies,in which human resources are the key to the development of such companies.Zhongchuang investment companies are particularly prominent in this regard.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems of the company from the perspective of staff training,and tries to give a solution to make the company more reasonable in the distribution of human resources,more complete in the reserve of talent,and to make the employees more energetic in the work.The company has a high degree of education and strong ability,but because of the state-owned background investment companies are limited in carrying out investment business,the initial operation of the company is not appropriate,the company's efficiency is not ideal,and some employees will resign after considering the problems of economic income and their own development.Because the number of employees is relatively small,and no independent human resource department has been set up,the personnel work is mainly carried out by the comprehensive office.For employees,training is also carried out by group training.There is no independent staff training system and plan.Because of the unified organization training of the group headquarters,the training content and the way of training are not exactly consistent with the development of the company's business.Therefore,the training work does not meet the training needs of the employees,and does not pray for the good training effect.To this end,I believe that the role of the investment company in training work has not been effectively played,we should combine the actual situation of the company with a targeted,local design training program that meets the development of the company and the needs of the internal staff,and through the role of training to solve some of the existing problems of the company.To this end,the author analyzes the company's training status from multiple angles,and draws the following reasons: first,the training faculty of investment companies is weak.Two,employees do not pay much attention to training work.They don't have a good cognition of training work.They feel that training is in a dispensable state.Three,employees are not clear about training needs and goals,and are in a state of confusion.Four,because there is no independent human resource department,the progress of training is not timely,and there is no corresponding feedback mechanism.To this end,in the training work,first of all,according to the staff situation to improve the training needs of the various levels of the analysis and training objectives,secondly,the establishment of training teachers,organize and complement the formation of a training team in line with the company situation,from the internal selection of key staff and external training lecturers to strengthen the training of staff.At the same time,the training content is classified and perfected,and the training work of the staff is followed up and feedback from the relevant departments.On the basis of follow-up and feedback,the corresponding reward and punishment mechanism is made to the training work,and the effectiveness of the training is reached by proper linking with the performance.Finally,in order to make the training work achieve good expected results,we design organizational guarantee and human security to ensure the smooth implementation of the training program.It is also hoped that through the training of employees,we can make all investment companies have the vitality and competitiveness in the financial industry in the northeast,and make the efficiency of the company more and more.
