This paper starts from the research and analyze of problemfrom customer satisfaction survey of Russia market, by reviewing the process,human resource and training implement of the training management of FAW Caroverseas, to find out the reason why there is such problems, then give the wholeresolution project and measurements, in order to increase the efficiency of trainingmanagement, lower the cost of training, enhance the satisfaction index, improve thetraining results.
