Study On The Contract Management Of The BOO Pattern Implemented In Inner Mongolia Huhhot-Dzungar Railroad Construction Project

In recent years, with market economy development in our country, the contract management of construction project has become an important branch and research hotspot of project management.The contract is the agreement by which civil relations between construction project's litigants, such as owner, contractor or divides the contractor, are set up, changed or terminated. Besides, it is not only the regulatory document, by which the bilateral behaviors are restrained, and also the important method and the effective method by which good market economy order can be established and maintained. Effective contract management plays a vital role on improving project quality, reducing project construction cost and time.The railroad from Huhhot to Dzungar in Inner Mongolia (for short the Hu-Dz railrod) is a new large-scale infrastructure project, in which the BOO pattern is adopted. In this article, it is detailed and thorough investigated and researched the contract management status of this railway implementing the BOO pattern. It is elaborated the content and characteristic, the executive program and method of the BOO project contract management. It is summarized its experience and method, analyzed the existence question, and then put forward the proposal on improving contract management.
