| As an old topic, KM (Knowledge Management) has been a new style of management in recent years. KM is one of the key factors in the enterprise strategies. The enterprises can help the employees and the work teams to get high efficient on their wise, skills and experience via the KM process. There are still no perfect theories and methods which can help us to run KM, we can only learn from the practice and the experience. The KM focuses on the humanity and the people's behaviors, just as the HRMS(Human Resources Management System)does. The paper studies the realization of KM founded on the HRMS. Six chapters were included in the paper as following.In chapter one, based one the same joint of KM and HRMS, the fact was pointed out that it was possible to develop KM founded on the HRMS. Then I explained the motivation and the aim to choose the research topic and its practical meaning so as to define the research outline, the train of thoughts of the full text.The theory of KM and the research status were introduced in chapter two. I defined the KM, on the basis of many kinds of concepts of KM, which would be helpful in the paper. KM concerns about the humanity, and includes the process of acquisition, creation, transformation, protection and operation of knowledge.Chapter three analyzed the two ways of realization of KM: via the IT system and via the business process. According to the fact that both the KM and the HRMS focus on the humanity, and lots of knowledge about the enterprise and the employees were collected and operated in HRMS, the paper gave out that HRMS can be the vital platform of KM in the enterprises.In chapter four, the KM models in the modules of HRMS such as the job analysis, the recruitment, the cooperation, the qualification management, the rewards system , the careers management, specially in the training system and the performance management, were described in the HRMS processes including the acquisition, development and the inspiration. |
