With the urbanization processing step by step, the population and land scale of the city are increasing at a great rate. As a transition zone between Urban and Rural area, urban-rural-integration-area is the most direct and sensitive area during urbanization. As the center of urban-land expansion outward with great land use dynamic degree, there are many land use problems, also the contradiction between farmland and non-agricultural construction land is fairly outstanding. In this way, it becomes a hot pot to approach the land use problems in urban-rural-integration-area.Thus the article chooses urban-rural-integration-area as its researching object, analyzes the expansion law of non-agricultural construction land in this area, approaches the rational expansion, in addition compares the difference between non-agricultural construction land expansion and rational expansion, then it considers how to control the expansion.The first chapter is preface.
