With the society economy developing, the demand of all kinds of subsistence stores and production appliance are also improving, in which the products based on timber are applied in the fields of building,packing and decorating extensively, the demand of timber product has very high positive closes linear relation to economy developing. For the timber processing products have better market prospect, some enterprises built factory blindly to go into operation without expounding and proving fully, finally the benefit of enterprises would rather be expected and discontinued go bankrupt step by step, the reasons are that government lacking macroscopic program,the less enterprise scale and enterprise lacking resist risk ability .The paper discussed Liaoning provincial timber processing enterprises how to reasonable layout through studying home and provincial present situation of timber processing enterprise layout and the historical change course. The result aims at offering partial reference opinion to government studying the macroscopic forestry industrial policy. First, apply economy theoretical knowledge analysis, as industrial enterprise layout produces the factor of influence, analyses again the factor that produces influence for Liaoning province timber processing industry; After select different influencing factor according to each characteristic of wood-based panel profession and furniture production profession in timber processing industry, for two professions, and quantify for each influencing factor , calculate the correlation coefficient with the product output value of various places; Through the calculation of correlation coefficient, analyzed the dependency relation between each influencing factor and product output value , reject the influencing factor of more bad correlation; Then using statistics method, establishing the regression model of straight line and analyzing join level for regression model; Suggest finally for Liaoning province timber processing enterprises layout that constructive opinion and the direction of the timber enterprise development and tendency in the future.This paper have studied the Liaoning provincial present situation and the following development of timber processing enterprise layout mainly tendency, the economy and the geography condition of each Liaoning province city development horizontal are very similar with each provincial geography and economic condition in our country.
