With the development of China's economy, the demand of energy resources is larger and larger and the problem of the energy is more serious. To generate electric power with wind force gets more and more attention from the government for its features of short period of construction, renewing, economizing and environment protecting. And the government promulgates sorts of favorable policies continually to encourage the development of generating electric power with wind force.In the recent years, to generate electric power with wind force develop fast in China, buy we still have a large gap to compare with the developed countries. The Baicheng City, which located in the west part of JiLin province, contains plentiful wind forces. And the government of JiLin province has put the exploring of Baicheng's wind force as an important industry to construct. The Qingshan Wind Force Power Plant is the vanguard of generating electric with wind force in Baicheng, so its success and failure will has a direct influence on the other program about generating electric power with wind force. So we have a problem, which is most urgent to resolve—the economical feasibility of the construction program of the Qingshan Wind Force Power Plant.The research of this thesis aims to discuss the economic character of Qingshan Wind Force Power Plant through the analysis of Baicheng's geography and economical environment and combine with the national policy of exploring the renewing resources. Qingshan Wind Force Power Plant has a typical model usage as a leader in the exploring of wind force.The thesis mainly does research through the four aspects:I.
