Research On Third Party Information Management In Supply Chain Union

With the development of management and technology, the competitions between enterprises are turning to the competitions between supply chains, and the supply chain management (SCM) is becoming more and more important. The information flow management is the basic and important content of SCM which contains information flow management, manufacturing flow management and financing flow management, and there are many researches about SCM are taking on. The background of this paper is the existence of information delay, information distortion in the SCM.The first part of the main body is the integrated analysis about the status of SCM which contains the development of SCM, the research focus and the developing trend of SCM. The information transfer modes and the problems in these modes are the main contents in the following parts, then the author design the third party information management (TPIM) mode according to the developing trend of information transfer, which is that the third party management service supplier manages the information flow in the supply chain.The research about TPIM in the supply chain union is the core content of this paper. Before the research of TPIM is the discussing about third party management (TPM) which analyzes the history, development, the characteristic and the content of TPM, the TPM's application in information management and in supply chain are the discussing focuses.The core part of this paper is the research on TPIM in supply chain union. The author designed the mode, described the structure, analyzed the functions and characteristic of the mode at the first, the following content is the discussing about the information exchanging principle based on the mode of TPIM in supply chain union.The last part of the core content is the feasibility analysis, in which part the author analyzed the feasibility of the mode and the process to implement the mode. The last part of the paper is about the disadvantage of the mode and the problems needed to be solved in the following research.
