The enterprise environment investment decision is improper, and the operating efficiency is low. This has wasted funds, influenced environment government effect and affected the enterprise sustainable competitive power. After summarizing the present environment investment decision method, the author thinks present environment investment decision method hasn't coordinated specific objectives such as environment with long-term strategy; the indicator system not yet improves, and doesn't conform to Chinese characteristic; the computation is tedious and high request to the information system. As a result of above shortcomings, this paper has constructed environment investment decision method based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Firstly, the sustainable development goal is defined and the hierarchical assessment indicator system is constructed. This paper has constructed the investment decision assessment indicator system based on the sustainable development goal. The alternative plans are assessed about the finance, the environment, the society, the human resources, the productivity and the competitive ability. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process is used for computing weight. The analytic hierarchy process as the important assessment method has received the widespread research and application. By chance, the environment investment decision question belongs to the multi-objective decision question. Which goal is more important involves in the weight problem. Thirdly, the fuzzy synthetic assessment principle is applied for computing comprehensive value. Because each factor and the overall appraisal are relative, don't have the precise criterion and have the fuzziness during the environment investment decision; Qualitative and quantitative indicators need be unified before synthetic assessment. This paper can solve above problems through the fuzzy synthetic assessment principle. Finally, this paper performs to apply concretely through the case in order to explain feasibility.
