Research On The Relationship Between Knowledge-based Corporate Culture And Innovation Capability

The surroundings' "turbulence" and the express change of resource and technology of the corporation by the knowledge economy drove the Corporate Culture theory's development out of the old circle, and the connotation of the Corporate Culture is outspreaded. Now, Innovation Capability is the key of the core competition in the corporation. With the sharp development of the international economic competition, the innovation capabilities of Chinese enterprises are more and more insufficient. One of reasons is the absence of cognition to Corporate Culture under the background of knowledge economic environmen. So, from knowledge point of view to scan corporate culture, and combined with corporate innovation capability, is redounded to spread the field of innovation theory.First of all, this paper critically reviewed the theoris of Corporate Culture and Innovation Capability, and particular take apart for the main review of corporate culture and innovation capability. Under the background of complex and uncertain economic environment, Corporat Culture is analyzed in the viewpoint of knowledge and the knowledge based conceptual model of corporate culture is preserved. The location, attributes and the characteristics of knowledge at each level of this model are identified, and the characteristics of knowledge based corporate culture are analysed especially.Then, based on integrating these points and avoiding the problems, the paper presented a new model concerning the relationship between knowledge based Corporate Culture and Innovation Capability. This paper makes an empirical research on the conception model and assumption methods of SPSS and LISREL.
