Through twenty years development, we have made the Tourism income and the number of receiving oversea tourists the fifth place by 2010. While we made such big progress, there comes many problems. For example, the unbalance between departments and districts, The tourism income in some districts is low, The top quality Tourism route are not united, and are repeat built,and so on. And the negative factors affected the development of our country. In order to become the powerful tourism country, and realize the sustain development, this situation muse be changed. When we exploit the tourism, we should not only care about our own factors determine our own competitive advantage. But also care about other related tourism regions, strengthen the relationship between regions, optimize regional system corporation, to get the biggest whole propose"competitive-corporation"or"corporation-competitive"developing model.There are six parts in my thesis.The first part:system clarity the research conducted by oversea and interior competitive– corporation in regional tourism development.The second part introduce the basis theory on competitive–corporation in regional tourism development. As the theory basis to research, the competitive–corporation in tourism development of Urumqi city economy circle.The third part, discuss the meaning for carrying out the competitive-corporation and its types.The fourth part: introduce the tourism resource and analyzing the conditions for carrying out competitive-corporation in tourism, in the Urumqi city economy circle.The fifth part: put forward the cooperation emphasis, guarantee measure, for success carrying the competitive-corporation of Urumqi city economy circle.The end is conclusion.
