As well as the growth road of China tourism industry changed from extremely speedy to competitive development, the tourism study focuses from spatial competition to regional cooperation, although it is difficult to separate competition and cooperation in reality. Each economic body cooperate with the others while they compete along the process of business, so there is a clear trend that each one will undoubtedly to be the advocator and the pusher in the business activities. In the economy globalization and the regional linking development period, each economic subject urgent need a harmonious win-win outer environment than any time, the interdependent and interactional relationship will finally form a multi-win situation.Under this social and economic background, supported by tourism system theory and competition theory, this thesis started with the introduction and summary of the relative domestic and international papers along this line, firstly, define the meaning and model of spatial competition and cooperation; secondly, discuss the spatial competition-cooperation system, analysis the primary mechanism of competition, the possibility of cooperation realization, then attempt to propose the content,model and effect factors of spatial competition and cooperation.; Finally, take three gorges of Baise, Guangxi as a case to study. Comparing from five aspects such as tourism resources, tourist satisfaction, image, location and maturity of tourist areas of the comprehensive competitiveness of the three gorges, then give the strategy of mutual development.The purpose is to provide a new angel of view for studying the spatial relationship during the development of tourist area, offering some practical solutions for C-C model, so as to do some useful constructions to the developing tourism destination, and let them benefit from this model.The innovations of this theses are as follows:First, propose a new method of tourism resource evaluation, based on sightseeing time,time ratio to measure the value of tourism resources; second, introduce tourist satisfaction into tourism area comprehensive evaluation, extend the connotation to tourism subject,tourism object,outer environment, etc. Enhance the result's objective, reflect the service aim of human-priority; third, lead the competitive three tourism destinations into cooperative pattern, benefit both the destinations and the tourists.
