This article is to study the relationship between the enterprise culture and the core competitiveness of an enterprise, the way to innovate and reform the enterprise culture by the theory of the core competitiveness of enterprise, and to build the enterprise culture based on the above theory.Under the environment of knowledge economy and economy globalization, corporation culture has now become one of the most important competitive forces rather than just an identification of a corporation management model. For example, Differential Competitive Advantage is a unique force in the core competitive abilities of one enterprise. To make the difference in the competitive, the company should have a unique corporation culture as its background. Furthermore, one company should keep improving its corporation culture to build a stronger competitive ability.In the enterprise innovations, the culture innovation has become the leading one. The reason is that the enterprise culture is related to every field of the enterprise operation. In the market competition, culture competitive force is playing an even increasing important role. Knowledge and culture are making greater contribution to the social production.With the changing of outside environment and internal condition, it is very important for any enterprise to keep improving and innovation in order to maintain and to develop the competition forces of an enterprise. And it has been proven in this article that the improvement of the corporation culture is the most important field.In this article, the study is based on the case of Yuan Longping High-Tech Corporation limited. At the last few days of 2004, Longping High-tech was sold by its former majority shareholder-Hunan Agriculture Research Institute, a state-owned research organization to Changsha Xindaxin Group Limited. A private company, as the background of the majority share holder is extremely different and its corporation culture is different, the acquisition, merge and reorganization were rather difficult. Under this situation, the improvement of the corporation culture has become the most important subject to make the acquisition a success.
