Since the beginning of the 1980 s,the corporate culture has been formally raised,and has received much attention from both academia and business circles;the research of corporate culture has aroused a great upsurge in academic circles,and helped a large number of enterprises successfully establish a corporate culture to guarantee the sustainable development of the enterprises,and more and more enterprises have paid more attention to corporate culture construction.With the accelerated process of economic globalization,the speed of development of enterprises in China has also been very rapid,but the lagging management concept and lack of corporate culture has put many enterprises into great difficulty of development.A large number of China's enterprises has remained in the state of superficial understanding,insufficient attention,cultural consciousness,low participation and lack of professional talents in corporate cultural construction,and been confused in how to build corporate culture,how to unite the team and how to unify different goals of employees.Therefore,how to effectively construct the corporate culture has become an urgent need for China's enterprises to solve the above-mentioned problems.Chinese enterprises have made many positive progress in cultural construction,and to further study and analyze on the corporate culture construction on the existing basis is the starting point of this paper.This paper applies the relevant theories of corporate culture and corporate culture construction to study on the optimization of corporate culture construction of SD Company.First of all,this article reviews the relevant literature and theoretical basis of corporate culture and corporate culture construction.Then,the paper deeply studies and analyzes on the problems on corporate cultural construction of SD Company by means of interviews and questionnaires,and the problems are summed up as follows: different identity in cultural concepts;insufficient reflection in the cultural concepts of management ideas of humanistic support and efficiency improvement;the concept system needs urgent improvement;low cultural consciousness among the staff;insufficient staff participation in cultural construction;unbalanced development of grass-roots culture;joint force in corporate cultural implementation has not formed.Secondly,according to the typical problems on corporate culture construction,SDCompany analyzes the causes from the aspects of corporate culture concepts,corporate culture construction and implementation.Then,on the basis of problems study and causes analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions from the above three aspects.Finally,the paper made a summary on the whole paper.This paper puts forward the suggestions on improving the corporate culture of SD Company,which not only has a guiding significance to the corporate culture construction of SD Company,but also plays an important role in promoting the further development of enterprise culture in other regions.
