This thesis reveals some problems of human resource management in Small & Medial Private Enterprises by my professional career.When the small and medial private enterprises enter their developing stage, the focus of personnel resource administration lays on the personnel absorption. In this stage, it is easy to come cross two issues: one is that the possible conflicts between the new staff and the other company staffs and that may result in the inacceptance for the new personnel. And another one is that after the individual achievement rewarded, the new staff may tend to overestimate themselves and thus resulting in further possible failure. These two issues become the common phenomenon appeared in the personnel resource administration but just because they did not catch enough attention, the exploring space left in here. According to the author's actual experience, these two issues are still waiting for their solutions.This thesis is based on the practical case found in the real administration situation and the analyses quoted from scientific administration. Not only the relevant and related materials are discussed but also the general comments and remarks on the corresponding field are summarized in here. Therefore on the reasonable comparisons and argumentations, this thesis reached its conclusions: exploring the practical and instructive measures for the salary system.The main points go like the following:1. The salary issue is avoidable for the personnel absorption. Therefore, to promote the salary system is not the final and affective outcome. The influencing market factors should be taken into consideration and be followed to set up a more reasonable standard. Furthermore, the suitable instructions to the personnel should be helpful as well.2. The absorption focus should be on the most suitable concept but not on the best selection. It is rational to select a new employee who is the most suitable one to the position and he/she is the best one is actually unimportant. General speaking, a medium standard should be rational.
