During the past forty years of reform and opening up,Many small and medium-sized enterprises have made great contributions to the take-off and development of Hebei's economy.But in the process of development,small and medium enterprises have the speed of improving the system of human resources and salary management,especially the construction of the salary management system.There are many problems: lack of modern management system,lack of complete salary distribution system and lack of complete.Performance appraisal system and so on.The development of the enterprise can not be separated from the personnel management,and the salary management is an important part of the personnel management system.It is related to the various aspects of the future development of the enterprise,such as the talent introduction,the talent preservation,the ability to play the talents,the development of the enterprise strategy and the promotion of the competitiveness of the enterprises.This paper introduces the basic concept of compensation,compensation management,compensation function,classification,influence factors,application of the theory of salary management,principle and process of important knowledge point of salary management,the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises and large state-owned enterprises,illustrates the main problems existing in the salary management of contemporary development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of China the described urgent compensation strategy,compensation level,the compensation structure determines the restructuring of the problem,and the status and ideas are applied to the optimization of the salary system in JP company.The JP company's salary system is deeply analyzed,and targeted diagnosis is carried out.It is found that there are many problems in the salary management concept,system design,communication and payment.These problems are typical.Starting from the human capital,optimization design was made from the enterprise strategy,and salary management concept,salary structure,salary level and otheraspects,and based on the JP company's own industry characteristics and human resources,the elastic compensation system matched with scientific design steps,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the salary management system for small and medium sized enterprises.
