The thesis analyzes the importance of implementing customer relationship management (CRM) in the small middle business (SMB). Then the development trend of CRM, the present condition and problem related to implement CRM and the POI analysis of taking CRM are represented. The significance of CRM strategies is proved and many strategies are put forward with. General principle and Methodology of implementing CRM are expounded, and the ASP leases strategy follows, which is adapted to SMB in the fullest extent. In the second half part, A reference is provided by analyzing to main CRM providers and their solution and the five key factors of implementing CRM successfully are revealed, which are requirement analysis, customizing ability of CRM, quality of data, integrating business process and continuous enhancement and improvement.
