Research Of Management System Based On Integration Product Model

The integration product model based on the reusable purpose carry on the uniform definition and description of product model, establish integrated, highly consistent integration product information, to realize the reuse and sharing of integrated product model in product life-cycle. It's an important way that manufacturing reply to the market request and market competition.This thesis has thoroughly studied the structure and meaning of integration product model, the information structure of motorcycle design process and the design of function model and key technology of management system. The thesis is based on"The reusable design theory and the method research based on the integrated product model"——the National Natural Science Foundation (50375161) and"The intelligent development technical research of motorcycle products"——Chongqing science and technology key project (7823-10).At first, the article put forward the domestic and international present research and reuse condition of integrated product modeling, point out the purpose and the meaning of this topic research Chapter 2 studied the meaning of integrated product model, including its definition, contents, structure etc., combine to the related technique of PDM, analyzed its main function and develop stage and system standards. Chapter 3 studied the information structure of motorcycle product; aim at seven stage of motorcycle development. Analized the develop process and the organization of document data. Chapter 4 carried on a design of function model of integrated product model management system, with the help of main function of PDM, studied the information management and process management of motorcycle product, including the text file management, the product structure and configuration management, workflow and process management and project management. Chapter 5 studied the key technique of system realization, including the database technique, face to the object technique and integrate technique and system safety etc., introduced applied example of system.
