Research On The Mode Of Economic Efficiency Evaluation Of Circular Using Of Resource

Nowadays, problems such as lack of resource, destroying on eco-environment and so on in our economy development attract much attention from the whole society. On the background of researches on circular economy, its practice and the establishment of market economy system in our country, it is definitely necessary for us to research how to evaluate the economic efficiency of the circular using of resource.The main part of this paper contains four chapters. They are introductions on the circular using of resource, academic basement of this research, analysis on how to evaluate the economic efficiency of the circular using of resource and analysis on examples. When we introduce the circular using of resource, we explain its meaning, its relationship between circular economy, clean production program and recourse-saving society and so on. And then, we introduced the state of the circular using of resource in our country and foreign countries. Since we plan to analyze the economic efficiency of the circular using of resource, we need to choose probable methods. So, we choose three ways: the material flow analysis, input and output analysis and economical analysis on technology. We reviewed the origin of the three ways, and its use in the economy analysis, and the relationship between the ways and the evaluation of the economic efficiency of circular using of resource. In other words, we considered whether these ways fit our research, and how to use them in this paper. Based on that, we explored the mode of how to evaluate the economic efficiency of the circular using of resource. We commenced on three levels of the circular using of resource, used the three ways introduced before, and analyzed, and then designed the indicator system of how to evaluate the economic efficiency of the circular using of resource. In the last part, we take two cases as examples. One is evaluation of economic efficiency on the circular using of resource in steel making industry, with the method of material flow analysis; the other is the evaluation of economic efficiency on the circular using of garbage in city A with the tool of economic analysis on technology.
