| MICE tourism, one of the hottest tourism patterns, having great economic and social potentials and favorite development prospects, has become a hotspot of tourism development and tourism academic research. Guided with the ideology of scientific development, this paper analyzed the impetus system and industry interaction of MICE tourism and discussed the MICE tourism city selection mechanism and satisfaction evaluation, and presented the development patterns of product exploitation, marketing and management in theory. And in practice taking Nanjing for example, this paper also carried out the anatomy of MICE tourism development pattern and put forward the countermeasure of MICE tourism development, which would have more realistic meaning to the sustainable and health development for the MICE tourism. This paper was divided into 4 parts totally:Chapter 1: This part summarized the research present situation of domestic and international relevant MICE tourism and development tendency, put forward the research intention , meaning and content of this paper, at last discussed the thought, method and the new view of this paper.Chapter 2: This part researched the theoretical foundation of MICE tourism, discussed the concept of MICE tourism, put forward the impetus system of MICE tourism, analyzed emphatically the interaction of convention and tourism industry and compared China's development pattern with foreign countries' macroscopically and microscopically .Chapter 3:Based on the discussion of the city selection mechanism and satisfaction evaluation, the paper presented the general pattern of MICE tourism of city, including product development, marketing and management .Chapter 4: This part was practice research, taking Nanjing as example, according to the related background analysis of Nanjing consumer market, the paper discussed the countermeasures of Nanjing MICE development, which could offer scientific reference for further development of Nanjing MICE tourism. |
