The Research On Regional Technological Innovation Advantage In Open Condition

Since the famous economist J. A. Schumpeter gave technology innovation the meaning of economics, all the kinds of theories about technology innovation have become the important issues which have been paid attention to by many countries' scholars. The theory of regional innovation system became the most popular and important at once in innovation circle. During recent ten years, many people have discussed regional innovation system theory. There have been scientific and reasonable dissertations about the inner mechanism, effect factors and causes of regional innovation system. But there still are some shortcomings. This paper comes up with the theory of regional technological innovation advantage in order to improve and enrich the theory of regional innovation system.At first this paper finds out the problems from the facts of Liao Ning, cleans up all the opinions and views about regional technological innovation advantage and the shortages of present researches. Analyze and interpret the two main theory bases of regional technological innovation advantage, namely country innovation system theory and regional innovation system theory. The core content of this paper is that regional technological innovation advantage theory system is designed. The reasons of regional technological innovation advantage are interpreted in forms of theories, namely, innovation elements gift theory, innovation elements integration theory and foreign firms catalyzing theory. Under the open condition, the mechanism of regional technological innovation advantage and the key effect factors are given. Then the ways to scale regional technological innovation advantage are proposed, namely function expression, synthesis evaluating, revealed technological advantage, and the kinds of RTA are given.
