As a vital inter-organizational learning form, strategic alliance has been playing a more and more important role in acquiring and transferring external knowledge. On the basis of the systemic analysis of all kinds of external knowledge sources, the article points out that strategic alliance learning is the most feasible and effective one. On introducing the SECI knowledge transforming system as well as the knowledge system, the article carries out a through and systemic analysis on the common process of strategic alliance learning. Form the perspective of strategic alliance, the learning process consists of transferring phrase, transforming and innovation phrase as well as acquiring phrase. On the consideration that the acquiring phrase is even more key to enhancing the core competitive capacity compared with the strategic alliance inner learning, the article gives special attention to the analysis of this part. In the end, all kinds of influence factors are pointed out and specific and effective management measures are put forward on the people sent to the alliance platform, the strategic alliance and the company itself, on the purpose of enhancing the results of inter-organizational learning. |
