Yunnan Province Industrial Structure Optimization Research

Since reformation and opening,industrial economy of Yunnan increases constantly,industrial structure of Yunnan adjusts continually,industrial competitiveness ofYunnan enhances observably.Industrial system,based on competitive industries,complete,large-scale and powerful,is formed basically.Environment of industrialdevelopment changes enormously.Yunnan is faced with scarcer chance and fiercerchallenge,turns into a new development period.Industrial structure reflects a country or region’s level and direction of industrialdevelopment,and it is an important factor to industrial economic development of acountry or region.Optimizing industrial structure can promote industrial economygrowth persistently,and it can promote the model of industrial economy growth fromthe extensive style to the intensive style.Facing with the new change of domestic andforeign environment,Yunnan has entered into a new stage that it must promoteindustrial economic development through optimizing industrial structure.Optimizingindustrial structure is not only the key to the industrial economic development,butalso the key to the development of Yunnan`s economy.It has very importantsignificance to industrial economy and integral economy of Yunnan.Industrial economic development of Yunnan presents a good situation,but there arealso many problems.According to China and Yunnan`s total industrial output valueof over the scale enterprise from2007to2010,I find that Yunnan`s industrialcompetitiveness enhances but it is still very weak,and it is the main reason thatindustrial development level of Yunnan is under China through the dynamicshift-share methord.It is not benefit to optimize industrial structure.According toexport value,foreign direct investment,the proportion of heavy industy,the coefficientof high processing and the proportion of high and new technology industrial outputof Yunnan from2004to2009,I prove that foreign economic opening effectsoptimizing industrial structure through the regression analysis method.According to the evaluation index of choosing industrial leading industry,and combined withactual situation of Yunnan,I make sure the industrial leading industry of Yunnanthrough the factor analysis method.Finally,I propound some nichetargetingsuggestion that can optimize industrial structure of Yunnan.
