Study On Peasantry' Diversification Of The Main Grain Producing Area Of Jilin Province

"Three agriculture" problem, is peasantry problem in nature. The peasantry is not only the corpus of the country society economy in Jilin province, is also the corpus of the socialist entry-level stage. The diversification among the homogeneous peasantry is obvious along with the development of the country society, which promotes the development of the country merchandise economy; but also brings about some new social problems. This article tries hard to study the true situation of peasantry diversification and estimates its trend through the research on the present condition of peasantry diversification in Jilin province, in order to make the country policy fix more attention to changing peasantry, and realize the goal to take peasantry as basis, re- know, respect, protect, educate and guide peasantry, push the village reform to go further.According to this understanding, during the summer vacation in 2005, four villages with 200 peasants household were investigated to carry on a questionnaire for the relevant peasantry diversification in Jilin dehui, yushu. This article mainly describes the present condition peasantry diversification, supervised factor and ideas of solution in the food lord region based on the questionnaire and actual interview.The article mainly consists of two parts besides the prelude. The first part is a document overview which firstly describes the modes of peasantry diversification in the western developed countries and gives our apocalypse; and then analyzes the current situation in China and basic characteristics; finally analyses the domestic study concerning the peasantry diversification .The second part is the study of peasantry diversification in food lord region in Jilin province. First, the paper describes present condition of peasantry diversification. The questionnaire mainly involves the current situation and evaluation of peasantry occupational diversification and income diversification, the bearing to diversification and the variety of behavioral ideas ...etc. The article focuses on research peasantry diversification in income and the acceptance degree for diversification.Then the paper analyzes the limited factor of peasantry diversification. The speed of peasantry diversification is controlled under economy development level and national macroscopic policy, so the different regions the different economy development level takes on different diversification degree.
