Along with payable use system of land reformatting and market system of land perfecting, land market became disciplined, and land grading turn into a foundated work of the land evaluation. At the same time, this study about the Urban Land Grading Information System was developing and perfecting constantly. According to the land grading principle, process and methods of the Urban Land Grading Regulation, "Visual Basic 6.0 and MapObjects 2.0 have combined to develop the Urban Land Grading System (ULGS). And on case study of South of Qingyi River, Yucheng, Yaan, this paper validate practicability of this ULGS.At the program design aspect, according to the component standard of Component Objects Modal (COM), the system achieved distance measure, buffer analysis and overlay analysis of special element use MapObjects component which based on ActiveX technology; Combined Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) and Microsoft Excel to create the statistical schematics of single factor and multi factor, adopt the "Visual Basic to design program frame and combine the ACCESS database to achieve the ULGS. At the arithmetic design aspect, the system take extremum standardization to calculate the grading index score, take the model of index attenuation and line attenuation to calculate the functional score of the index score in grading unit. As the case for example, the system selected 16 grading index like the primary products trade market, integrative marketplace and bus station et al to grade the area land in the South of Qingyi river, Yucheng, Yaan, validate the practicability of this system.Result indicate that the ULGS can achieve self the index score standardization, weigh calculate and attenuation calculate. This predigest the workload of land grading and can update...
