With the rapid development of economy and the deepening of the innovation of land using system in our country, land using changes with each passing day, the way of traditional management can't keep up with the demand of the rapid change of the land resource, the updating of the land price have been an urgent and arduous engineering. 21st century is information and industrial age. Rapid development of technology drives every walk of life to stride forward information. Since our economy become from arranged mode to market mode, land market grows up from nothing to being. Along with the market system of land perfecting, land market becomes to be disciplined. In the modern society that computer technology development at very fast speed, land grading and evaluating as a basic task of land trade, in face of challenge of information society, that must depend on GIS to establish a computer system that service for its own profession. The system can alter traditional handmade manner and improve speed and precision of operation.In the society of GIS developing at very fast speed, Component GIS is a new generation GIS System that adjusts to component development of software. It is a new GIS technology, which developments based on COM technology. It encapsulates all kinds of function of GIS by component, good capability and low price. when programming, in combine with the process of land grading and evaluating, programmer can organize the structure of system based on need, and exploit a special Office GIS system that with high adjustability and pertinency.This article makes use of MapObjects and ArcObjects ,the component GIS software of ESRI, combining Delphi language for exploiting program,...
