Study On The Mechanism Of Chinese Urban Land Supply

Land resource is the foundation of the existence and development of human society, which produces profound influence on the developing of human society and economy. With the rapid population increasing and economy developing, Chinese city size is expanding continuously. The excessively use of farmland by urban construction, results in cultivated land undergoing absolutely decreasing on one hand, and results in waste of urban land seriously on another.To a great degree, the current problems above root from land management institution deficiency, especially the imperfection of land supply mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the way which could not only increase land utilize efficiency, but also optimize land resources allocation, most importantly, could optimize the current land supply mechanism.On the basis of experience concluding, this paper gradually analyzes practical problems and institution deficiency during land supplying,then comes up several measures to optimize land supply mechanism. That is, firstly, reform the property rights of urban land and make sure it is clearly defined; secondly, regulate the operation of urban land market; and then, perfecting the adjustment and controls of land supply. The paper consists of seven parts:Chapter first is the introduction of the background, intention and meaning of this paper. Following that, it is the method and research development.Chapter second contains relative theories on the supply of urban land. This part illustrates basic principles by analyzing concepts and theories of marketing mechanism. These principles offer theoretical supporting to optimize Chinese urban land mechanism.
