The industrialization management manner has become basic and effective approach in the transformation of high technology to practical productivities.China is the second country in the world with property right of transgenic insect-resistant cotton after USA. It possesses not only the practical meaning but possesses long term stratagem ones also to study the transgenic insect-resistant cotton seed industrialization, to construct industrialization systems using key enterprises as principal parts, and to culture core competition forces.Author deals with cotton seed industrialization for many years, and elementary effects have been got. This paper conducted systemic analysis for the status and problems of transgenic insect-resistant cotton seed industrialization of China from technique innovation, regional test, midst test, seed production, processing, distribution as well as quality control on the basic theories of value chains, dealing fees and industrialization structures by use of basic research combining with specific examples, compare with concluding and quality with quantity analysis. The development directions of transgenic insect-resistant cotton industrialization in home and abroad is discussed, and proposed 6 systems of technique innovation, regional test, midst test, seed production, processing, distribution as well as quality control in this paper. The construction aspects and strategies are also studied in this paper. The possibility and necessity are identified by practices and effects of CRI in transgenic insect-resistant cotton industrialization.
