From the early 1980s, the state-owned enterprises in China begin to perform the system of property rights. But it is rather phenomenal that those state-owned enterprises run into the state of bankruptcy and they suffer devastating losses. When ending up the third controversy over the state-owned enterprises, the issue how these enterprises make their reforms has been a focus, which is significant in the Chinese modernization. By reviewing the history and its reality of state-owned enterprises' reforms, pondering the contemporary the property rights' reforms of state-owned enterprises, this thesis indicates the disadvantages of the present reforms and draws the conclusion from the relevant previous experience that the state-owned reforms should combine the aspect of corporate internal management and the one of its external circumstantial establishment to pave a way for the efficient state-owned enterprises' reforms. |
