Probation And Practice On Project Management During Preparation Period Of Construction Project For Supervisor Organization

Referring to project management models of developed countries, the supervisor systems on construction project were set up in China. At present, the supervisor organization's work is mainly focused on the management during the period of construction. Therefore, for a lot of supervisor organization, management experience and procedures were insufficient, the management systems and methods were unperfected during the preparation period of project construction. With the development of market economy and the enlargement of market of project management at domestic, supervisor organizations were encouraged to change management system to run the project management by Chinese government. Thus, it is an urgent issue for the supervisor organization that how to engage in the project management, especially how to run the preparation period of the construction project.In the present paper, theories and methods of construction project organ theory, contract management, investment control, qualification control and process control were employed to study for the supervisor organization how to engage in the project management on the preparation period of construction project, taken the hongsejinyuan project as an example, combined with the fundamental conditions in the field of construction project management at domestic, referred to the experience and methods of project management inside and outside.
