With the reform and opening up of30years, our country’s economic structure hastaken dramatic change, especially the local private companies have been rapidlydeveloped. Local private companies have gradually become our country’s importantparts and support of economy. With the economy development, local private companieshave met a lot of opportunities, and meantime will face more challenge. Especially,un-perfect operation procedure and organization structure is hindering the local privatecompanies’ development.BPR is a new reform concept focused by business and theory area. Which focus onbusiness procedure reengineering, and focus on the requirement and satisfaction ofcustomers. To re-think and re-design the business procedure of management undertraditional mode, and to meet the optimum and lowest cost.This paper will take Company E as an example, to study company’s organizationstructure and operation procedure. This paper start from the theory of organizationstructure and procedure re-engineering, and recognize related theory, study theimportance for modern company; then introduce E company’s organization structureand operation procedure, and analyze the existed issue; basing on the existed issue, toanalyze possibility of organization structure and procedure reengineering; at last, tomake a plan to reengineer, and periodically evaluate.
