Analysis On The Reform Of Management Systems In Heritage Resorts From The View Of Stakeholders

Heritage resort is one of the most important kinds of tourist destinations. Under the pressure of large numbers of tourists, heritage resorts are facing many problems in terms of environment and resources. In order to promote the preservation and development of heritage resorts, how to manage heritage resorts more effectively and continuously has become the focus of the studies and contention. During the transferring period, how to take account of the demands of the more stakeholders at best in the reforming of management system in heritage resorts is one of the important issues about establishing the harmonies between human and nature and among the people in heritage resorts of our country in new era.By summing up and analyzing different management systems at heritage resorts, comparing the management systems in China and abroad, referring to the managing experiences at overseas heritage resorts, comparing different operational modes at China's heritage resorts, discussing problems existing at the resorts and exploring some corresponding strategies, the author hopes that his work will in some way help enrich the contents of Tourism Geography, Tourism Management and Tourism Society, promote proper exploitation and effective preservation of heritage resorts, and provide some grounds for the purpose of sustainable development at heritage resorts as well.
