The Goals And Ways Of The Rural Land System Reform In China

The rural areas' problem is the main problem in China' s modernization,, and the key of the rural areas' construction is the land system. From the foundation of C. P. C to reform and open period, China had probed continuously about the land system, one after another experienced land revolution form feudal land system to farmer land private-owned and private-run system, to farmer private-owned and collective-run system, to collective' s owning and running system. The new ear from 11th session 3rd central meeting, China has established the rural household contracted responsibility land system which was collective-owned and family-run, promoted a great development in agriculture economics. With the further development of China' s economy, the present land system has been showing its disadvantages, which remind us the rural land system must be reformed further to adapt to the demands of the socialism marketing economics and steady unite of the state.The thesis discusses the goals and ways to reform rural land system. The author persuades it needs to follow the principle of respecting the peasant' s land rights and interests in the process of land system reform.
