The Reasearch Of China's Food Security Under The Condition Of Market And Internationalization

Food security has long been an important issue causing widespread concern from policy-makers and researchers. The studies about food security at home and abroad began at the eighties of the twentieth century, at first they were based on introducing western theories , methods and policy . The studies focused on refuting Dr.Brown,s viewpoint , commenting on the policy and effects about food security in China predicting the food security level in the future and discussing the changes in the situation of food security and countermeasures.We should make a breakthrough from the single - track mind to study food security nowdays, and make an integral study on national economy security , how to make effective use of demestic market and foreign market, the character of food and it,s changes , the present condition and prospect and how to unify food security and the cost . Basing on the above reality , the dissertation will newly interpret the meaning of food security in China from the angle of market and internationalization , what is to say ,try to study systematically food security in China in the situation of supply and demand having the stepped changes and in the market economy ,analyzes present situation and the macroscopic and microscopic influence factor of China,s food security on the base of comprehensively understanding China,s food security , and then attempt to find some pointed countermeasures and steps to guarantee China,s food security .The paper contains four parts, formally is divided into seven chapters :The first part is chapter 1 introduction .Basing on introducing and understanding accurately World food and agriculture organization's meaning about food security, this paper illuminate the point of supply and demand pattern changing in China, adopting market economy and China entering WTO. It mainly introduces the aim and signification of the research, the frame of this paper, the methods adopted in this paper and some innovation compared with previous relative research. North and the middle area the status is day by day important in our country grain production.The second part is from chapter2 to chapter3, it is description of the experience and facts. Chapter 2 reviews the history and appraises the actual state of supply and demand fluctuation in China. The grain production displayed a character with the total output fluctuating frequently and acutely, and moreover, the dropping extent of grain production caused by grain economy fluctuation is higher than the dropping extent of grain production caused by nature fluctuation.
