Study Of Food Safety And Regulatory System In Rural Circulation Of Undeveloped Areas

Since food is the foundation of human existence and development, food safety issue is so important that will affect human's physical and mental health, national economy and people's livelihood. Recent years, our country's food safety issue is becoming dominant and vicious food safety incident has happened frequently, mainly in rural areas of poverty and backwardness which has seriously affected social stability and harmony and even the process of building a well-off society. How to strengthen and guarantee food safety in rural circulation by government and relevant departments has become a current task that needs to be solved urgently. Taking the rural areas of West Anhui for example, the paper has a deep analysis of food safety supervision of rural circulation in underdeveloped areas and has given food safety evaluation index system and monitoring system which will provide reference to government in making decision about how to strengthen food safety supervision.Firstly the paper will study domestic and overseas food safety regulatory results in circulation. On the basis of the interview with the rural people in West Anhui areas, the author designs a questionnaire about food safety in rural circulation, which investigates the food safety situation and analyzes the existing problems in the food monitoring process. Secondly, as food safety regulation in rural circulation of under-developed areas needed, it builds food safety evaluation index system and provides specific calculation methods and application cases. Finally the paper poses food regulatory system, which has the characteristics of Chinese under-developed rural areas with considering the characteristic of rural food circulation and consumption and the problems of food safety supervision.Food safety evaluation index system and government regulatory system in undeveloped rural circulation which is posed by the paper has been applied to the rural areas in West Anhui areas which has efficiently promoted the circulation of food safety in rural areas.
