Fuhuang Sanzhen company is one of the head enterprises of aquatic product in AnHui. Now the company which is in its pivotal time of development, is confronted with increasingly drastic market competition. Concrete expression: many producers of aquatic products, wide-ranging consumers; product price fluctuating greatly with market; and a series of problems like products' selecting, transmitting, and channel interests.This dissertation analyzes the aquatic product market about products providing, demanding, market price, circulating channel, market strategies and so on. Combining the advantages and disadvantages of the Sanzhen company, using SWOT analysis model and STP stratagem correlative theories, determines the company' marketing stratagem and marketing mixed strategy, and puts forward some reforming suggestions for the company' next development.According to the trend that the demand for aquatic products is stably rising , the aquatic products price also affects the providing and demanding , market circulating makes a important role in aquatic product market, the aquatic products are processed and sold by many channels such as the state, collectivity and individuals, the market is becoming more active .With the demand increasing brought about by the population raise and incomes level improvement, the company should further make use of the "Three Agriculture" policy ,explore the potential of fishery production ,make good use of the resources , in order to satisfy the market demand ,at the same time ,make the corporation more effectively turn the fishery resource advantage into economic advantage .
